Community you’ll crave

Apartments and Retail coming in 2015

For over a century, the Proctor District in Tacoma’s north end has celebrated a community rooted in rich history and vibrant energy. Residents in Proctor hold diverse interests and qualities, yet this great neighborhood shares one common goal: mindful living.

The Proctor, the north end’s newest apartment development, was born out of the pride each resident has for our neighborhood. But it was designed for the needs of today’s urban dweller:

  • Energy efficient homes
  • Cutting edge amenities
  • Nearby shops and services
  • Restaurants that are locally owned
  • Parking (for gas, battery, and pedal-powered vehicles)
  • Supportive community

THE APARTMENTS

Designs that make sense

Apartments in The Proctor are smart. Designed by the creative and experienced residential designers at the local firm BCRA, homes here will feel just right. There are 147 units planned at The Proctor. Each has been meticulously designed to support the way you live.

  • Balconies to enjoy the Pacific Northwest views
  • Resource-efficient, in-unit washer/dryer
  • Brand new kitchen appliances
  • Fastest-available internet speeds and building-wide WiFi
  • USB-equipped outlets for your mobile devices
  • Plenty of parking

Plans include studios, open one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and a select few units with private entrances steps from the street.

The Builders

People who simply love Proctor

Rarely is a local community afforded the development vision of people who live in and love the community where they build. The team behind The Proctor shares the hopes and dreams of current residents. They’re residents themselves.

Proctor District

28th + N Proctor Street
Tacoma, WA

We realize that apartment dwellers need more than a great kitchen, space to kick up your feet, and room for a good night’s rest. That’s why we chose 28th and Proctor Street. Residents will have immediate access to restaurants, groceries, handcrafted drinks, and shopping. Locally-owned shops line 26th, 27th, and Proctor Streets. Pocket parks dot the area. And those looking for a bigger playground will find Point Defiance park just minutes away.

Many of us think the Proctor neighborhood craves something more. The Proctor was designed with retail opportunities in mind. More than 12,000 square feet of retail is available for businesses wanting to contribute to the local flavor unique to this area.

Street level retail leasing opportunities are now available at The Proctor. For leasing opportunities at The Proctor, please contact:
